Vibrant Artz wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order Vibrant Artzwill be happy to work with you to come to a solution. If your item arrives in a damaged condition or if you are unhappy with it for any reason, you will have 30 days to return the item for a full refund, less Shipping costs. This also applies to sale items.
If you find that there are any seam issues or structural defects please email a photo of the defect to Terry@VibrantArtz.com. If the item is repairable, please follow the exchange procedure and send the item with a short note explaining your request. If the item clearly has a structural flaw, we will send you a new item free of charge. The old one will be yours to keep.

Please email so I know it is coming and include a short note quoting your order number as well as the details of your request. Vibrant Artz will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you. All items must be unworn and unwashed. For hygienic reasons, Vibrant Artz does not accept returns or exchanges for items that are found to have animal hair on them.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Vibrant Artz doesn't guarantee that Terry will receive your returned item.
Items purchased at an event or festival is FINAL SALE and non-refundable, non-returnable, unless the item is defective. Vibrant Artz offers special sale pricing for events, so I thank you for your understanding on this policy! Vibrant Artz cannot honour festival pricing for online items.
In an effort to reduce the impact of returned products, Vibrant Artz reserves the right to donate or recycle any returned or undelivered items as deemed appropriate in its sole discretion.
